Planning + Design

Planning and design go hand in hand—they’re the foundation of your wedding day! From creating a cohesive vision to coordinating vendors, these two elements ensure every detail comes together beautifully.

What does this involve? Think of Planning + Design as the “big picture”. This includes everything from developing your wedding day vision, researching vendors, managing communication, tracking logistics, managing budget, & making sure everything aligns with your style, story, timeline, & budget.

How we make it happen:

  • Personalized Planning: There’s no such thing as a cookie cutter wedding. Every couple is unique and your planning process should be tailored to reflect that. Your wants, needs, budget, vision, and love story steer our planning ship! I spend time getting to know you, your partner and your priorities and create a planning process to you.

  • Modern Design: Long are the days of doing something because our parents did it! We want your design to feel like YOU! Our goal is to creating intentional, meaningful details that resonate with today's couples.

Event Management

Once all the pre-planning is done, the real magic happens during Event Management. This is when we bring all those months of planning to life and make sure everything flows seamlessly.

What does this involve? Event Management is about transforming plans into action. It includes building detailed timelines, finalizing checklists, coordinating with vendors, and managing the final logistics on your wedding day to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Vendor Coordination: We handle communication with all your vendors leading up to the big day to confirm key details like arrival and setup times, strike schedules, set up needs, and service specifics

  • Timeline Management: We build a comprehensive timeline that ensures every moment and detail is noted and organized to keep the day running smoothly

  • Logistics & Problem Solving: We’re there to managing your guests, your vendors, and every detail you’ve thoughtfully planned out. If unexpected hiccups arise (and they usually do!), we handle them discreetly and efficiently, ensuring you and your guests never notice a thing
