Planning your dream day shouldn’t mean losing sleep over logistics or sweating the small stuff. With over 50 weddings under my planning belt and 100s of events in my industry career, I’ll use my experience to get you through all the details, logistics, and curate an event that feels like you! Whether you just need a little guidance or a full planning takeover, we’ve got a package to meet your planning needs. My goal is to think about the details, to dos, & logistics, so you can stay focused on the joy of your engagement & wedding day. As your planner, I’m not just here to manage logistics—I’m your storyteller, cheerleader, family mediators, idea generator, passionate perfectionist, & biggest advocate.

This base package is designed for the ultra-organized couples who have handled booking all their vendors, made all the big decisions, and are ready to pass off the baton in the final stretch. We’ll step in to handle all vendor communication & management so you don’t have to juggle emails, schedule final vendor meetings, or fill out vendor questionnaires. We’ll confirm all vendor logistics and pass along important final details like head counts, song selections, and service adjustments. We’ll make sure the logistics are in order and the puzzle pieces fit together to get you down the aisle stress free!

Kickstarter Planning Meeting - we’ll connect prior to your official package starting to provide guidance on budget, vendor recommendations, priority to dos, and what to focus on before the package officially begins
Unlimited Email Support - ask questions, share updates, or get vendor suggestions anytime.
Planning Tools - access to our planning spreadsheet with to-do lists, budget tracker, and more.
After the 60 Day Mark:
Final Details Questionnaire - to gather vendor info, ceremony, and reception details
Vendor Invoice & Contract Review - we’ll look over all final invoices and contracts for service coverage, requirements, final deadlines, etc.
4 Planning Meetings - includes meetings at the 60 day, 45 day, 30 day, and 2 week marks (one will be your final venue walkthrough)
Attendance at Final Vendor Meetings - we’ll join any final calls or meetings with your photographer, DJ, caterer, or other vendors who request a final logistics meeting
Full Vendor Communication - we’ll handle all final vendor communication including final questionnaires, submitting guest counts, adjusting rental and floral orders, adjusting service details, scheduling final vendor meetings, and sharing photo lists, song selections, and any other vendor based logistics
Master & Vendor Timeline Creation - we’ll build your master timeline and a vendor-friendly version
Wedding Party & Family Timeline - a separate timeline just for the VIPs to keep everyone in the loop on arrival times, photos, and other important moments
Floor Plan Creation - to map out vendor set up, table and chair layout, spacing, etc.
Ceremony Document - to finalize the processional order, reserved seating, and ceremony-specific details
Decor List + Setup/Breakdown Plan - we'll help ensure everything needed has been purchased or supplied by a vendor, and how it’s all getting set up and packed up
Wedding Weekend:
Ceremony Rehearsal - one-hour walkthrough at your venue or alternate location
Lead Coordinator & Assistant - your lead coordinator will be onsite for up to 10 hours, with an assistant for 8 hours
Light Personal Decor Setup - includes light set up of signage, photos, card box, table numbers, etc. (Additional setup time or assistants required for centerpieces, installations, full place settings, elaborate backdrops, etc.)
General Wedding Day Management - oversee vendors, coordinate the ceremony & reception logistics,, provide behind the scenes assistance for you, your wedding party, & family
Post-Reception Breakdown - Oversee & assist with breakdown to ensure personal items go home with designated family or friends and vendor handle their designated items. Will conduct a final walkthrough with the venue and a designated family member or friend. (Note: Vendors must be hired for bussing, trash removal, and floral teardown.)

You’re in the home stretch—but want a little more hands-on help bringing everything together. Starting 3 months out, this package includes full vendor communication & management plus final guidance with design. The extended timeframe gives us space to dive deeper into your plans, get to know you better, and fine-tune every detail to reflect your vision and story. We’ll pinpoint any logistical, service, or design gaps and help tie it all together. Whether you need help sourcing rentals, reviewing design boards, or bridging the gap between vision and execution, we’ll support both the logistics and aesthetic details. By stepping in earlier, we’re able to alleviate stress and give you room to actually enjoy the final stretch of your engagement. You’ll handle the early planning, and we’ll step in to ensure everything feels cohesive, thoughtful, and true to you.

Final Design Support - we’ll step in with a design-focused mindset to review and refine what you’ve already selected—think rentals, signage, floor plan, florals, and personal details. From spotting what’s missing to suggesting upgrades or enhancements that still fit your budget and vibe, it’s not full design, but it is a thoughtful final layer that helps refine what you’ve already started.

Starting 6 months out, we don’t just help with logistics—we take the time to get to know you, your priorities, and the story behind your decisions. Through budget creation, design refinement, and monthly check-ins with tailored to-do lists, we guide you step by step. Then, 90 days before your wedding, we take the reins of all your vendors to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, using our understanding of why each decision was made to ensure your day feels personal and stress-free!

You’re part of the process, but in a way that lets you focus on the fun parts while we handle the logistics, organization, and behind-the-scenes work, giving you the freedom to truly enjoy this special season of your life.
